Kibbe Consulting offers a team approach to personal and corporate development over a 12 month period as you invest in your key leaders and improve the communication process among your leadership team.
Our team workshop and coaching program includes twelve monthly workshops for your leadership team. It also includes a pre-meeting with the leadership to identify the direction and scope of the material to be presented. Additionally, we will meet one on one with up to six of your staff on the leadership team for individual 30 minute coaching and training in the material covered in the workshop along with other assessment and leadership training tools.

In our Executive Coaching Program, you will get one on one with a coach personally assigned to you and your environment.
