Our Story
Ben Kibbe spent over a decade founding and leading The Way Foundation in northern Thailand. Working across cultures, in a different language, under real pressure taught him things about communication, alignment, and leadership that you can't learn in a classroom.
When he returned to the States, he had one goal: put those hard-won frameworks to work for business owners who were growing fast but needed the right team around them to do it well.
"The goal is never just a better business. The goal is a leader who can steward what they've been given and pass something worthy on."
That conviction is what Kibbe Consulting is built on. Today we're a firm of strategists, coaches, and fractional executives bringing decades of combined experience across leadership, operations, marketing, and financial strategy to help family businesses build the clarity and infrastructure to scale with intention.
